Waterfall Way Community Land Trust Ltd (WWCLT) warmly invites members, supporters, and community partners to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). This gathering is an important opportunity to reflect on our progress over the past year, hear updates from our leadership team, and participate in shaping the direction of the organisation as we continue to build permanently affordable homes for local people (click here for notice).

Purpose of the Meeting

The AGM is a key moment in WWCLT’s governance cycle, providing transparency, accountability, and the opportunity for members to actively engage with the organisation’s work.

This year’s agenda includes:

  • Welcome and Acknowledgement of Country
  • Apologies
  • Chair’s Report
  • Treasurer’s Report and presentation of financial statements
  • Executive Officer’s Report
  • Election of Directors – including confirmation of vacancies, candidate introductions, and voting
  • Presentation
  • General business, questions, and discussion
  • Close of meeting and acknowledgements

Reports and Organisational Updates

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from the Chair, Treasurer and Executive Officer about:

  • WWCLT’s progress over the past 12 months
  • Current priorities and emerging opportunities
  • Financial performance and governance
  • Next steps in delivering permanently affordable homes for the Bellingen Shire

Membership

WWCLT membership is open to people who live in, or have demonstrable ties to, the Bellingen Shire and surrounding areas and who support the purposes of the organisation. Membership enables you to vote at the AGM and be part of shaping the CLT’s future.
