Affordable Homes for Locals – Bellingen Info Session 

Waterfall Way CLT Ltd. is a new community-led, not-for-profit housing initiative working to deliver forever affordable homeownership for locals who are being priced out of the housing market—including essential workers, young families, and long-term residents.

We’re inviting the community to learn more about our work and how you can get involved in shaping a new model of housing security in the Bellingen Shire.

Who is this for?

We’re focused on supporting the “missing middle”—local income earners who don’t qualify for social housing but can no longer afford to buy locally.

What is a Community Land Trust (CLT)?

A CLT is a proven, community-owned model that keeps homes affordable in perpetuity. By holding and managing land for community benefit, CLTs allow residents to buy homes at lower prices—ensuring housing remains accessible for generations to come.

What to Expect at the Info Session:

• Ask questions and share your thoughts
• Register your interest as a future resident or supporter
