Bellingen is rich in ideas, community spirit, and lived expertise, with a shared desire to tackle challenges such as rising living costs, housing affordability, and infrastructure deficiencies. Addressing these issues requires capital—money, funding, and assets—which many lack.

Hosted by HMAG and led by Meaghan Burkett, the session will introduce the possibilities of a longer series in 2025.
